1.1 Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you submit a form, book an audit, or contact us — your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, store URL, company name, and any message content.
- Payment information: we accept payment by bank transfer to our business bank account. We do not collect, process, or store card details.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and usage data, collected via cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
- Client engagement data: when you engage our services, you may grant us access to your store platform (e.g. Shopify, Salla, Zid), advertising accounts (e.g. Meta, Google), and analytics. See section 1.6.
1.2 How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver, manage, and improve our services.
- To process payments and send invoices/receipts.
- To send service-related communications.
- To send marketing communications where you have consented (you can opt out anytime).

You may revoke our access at any time.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law (e.g. tax records). We delete or anonymize it when no longer needed.
