How restructuring the ad account and localizing the creative took a volatile 1.37x–2.20x ROAS to 4.29x–4.54x on the rebuilt campaigns.
A premium mobile accessories brand selling in Saudi Arabia came to us with real demand for its products but an ad account that wasn't turning that demand into profit. Budget was split across many small campaigns, audiences overlapped, clicks were expensive, and results swung from week to week.
During the baseline period in late 2025, the account's campaigns returned between 1.37x and 2.20x ROAS: too low, and too unpredictable, to scale.

Once the account was simplified and the ads spoke to Saudi buyers directly, the same products sold profitably at 4.29x–4.54x ROAS. The lesson for GCC brands: structure first, then scale. Running more tests on a fragmented account rarely fixes the problem.
